SPECIAL EASTER SERVICES
Dr Andy Lim was among the pioneering first batch of medical doctors that graduated from the University of Malaya Medical School in 1969. He is married to Irene Kew and they have 2 children, Alex and Angeline.

Dr Andy Lim's life changed dramatically more than 20 years ago when he was touched by God and healed of terminal nose cancer. A changed man with new hope, Dr Andy Lim is now mightily used by God as an evangelist with a special gifting in the ministry of healing.

LIFE IS A VOYAGE,

LIFE IS A JOURNEY;

I HOLD THEM IN THE PALM OF MY HAND

Thus says the Lord.

This was part of Wong Junior’s eulogy of his father, Mr. Wong Senior.

God gave us our lives,

He puts us in the midst of His beautiful creation.

We take voyages, we journey in our lives.

Searching for what sometimes we know not.

Yet, we hold on to the hope, we hold on to our faith,

Whatever comes our way; God is there every step of the way.

And God is there waiting; with open arms;

When our walk here on earth is done.

Amen.

Bicycle for Two

The first cell meeting for the year was a joyful event, witnessing God’s love to each other during 2006. Each promised to strive for better in 2007.

SIB’s vision this year is to reproduce Christ’s DNA and to resonate with God.

For that Vineyard Cell is on the right track. Everyone is making the effort to be healthy. And why not? Christ lives in us. How can we not make an effort to have a healthy body? How can we say we love Him and yet not strive to overcome our sloppiness, overeat and overweight…besides other habits?

Bicycles seemed to be a favourite exercise item. Our bicycles may have one seat or two seats, it doesn’t matter. The important thing is, Christ is with us…. therefore, reserve a seat for Him so our bicycles would be balanced and not wobble…our paths straight and not crooked.
